Privacy Policy

Purchasers must inspect all product(s) ordered and purchased at the time of delivery. Once accepted by a Purchaser upon delivery, the products delivered will be deemed to conform to such Purchaser’s order(s) is/are in good condition and free from defect(s). EEL Enterprises Ltd. will exchange product(s) only if the returned product(s) are damaged due to mishandling during delivery, incorrectly sent, or is of substandard quality or manufacturing defects.

RULES ON ACCEPTING EXCHANGE OF GOODS
I. Product Guarantee

If the product(s) purchased by either the Member is/are of substandard quality or with manufacturing defects, the Company guarantees replacement.

To exchange the Products, the Member must comply with these rules :

a) Request for exchange must be made to the Company within three (3) days of the receipt of the Product(s).

b) Exchange of the Product(s) must be executed within three (3) days from the date of purchase.

c) Member is required to submit the following at the time of exchange: – Customer Feedback Form & Product Exchange Form, Copy of Purchase Order and proof of payment.

II. Exchange of product(s)

Exchange of product(s) will not be granted for any orders

III. Good(s) delivered and received do not match good(s) ordered

Member must immediately notify Customer Service within 3 working days of receipt.

IV. Damage occurred during delivery

EEL Enterprises Ltd. will bear the delivery cost in this circumstance.

RULES ON REJECTING EXCHANGE OF GOODS

a) Failure to follow storage instructions or improper storage due to exposure to humidity or heat.

b) Unable to produce proof of purchase.

c) Exceed 3 days of receipt.

d) Indication that the item has been used in any manner ie. torn packaging, scratches, dents, smudges or dirt and other such signs of use.

GOODS EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Contact our Customer Service immediately or within 3 days of receipt to obtain an exchange authorization.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges will only be waived for the following reasons :

a) Product(s) quality defect.

b) Wrong order received or damaged good(s) during delivery.
